If we do go the lawsuit route, I think we should also try to go for
discrimination against ethnics and unite with other churches, so we don't deplete only our funds. Although, I really think the least expensive route is to secede from the diocese. It would be interesting to find out how that could be possible. Then, we can be under the umbrella of the European bishop instead. Also, please read the book written by a jesuit priest regarding his firsthand experiences of the inside workings of the U.S. diocesan bishops.

It's corruption from inside out and the popes - past and present have been very upset about the U.S. bishops too. The book is called "Windswept House" - author is Malachi Martin. It's enlightening!
