Dear Students!!!
You are invited to a great celebration!!
Just take a look at
the preview of this
exciting day planned just for you!!!
- Share a day of fun and learning with kids your own age!
- Learn about Hungary and the events of 1956!
- Try your hand at Hungarian folk art and dance!!!!
- For participants in grades K-5: Put together puzzles, draw pictures,
match events, play card games, learn Hungarian words and much more!!!!
 Junior
High grades 6-8: work crossword puzzles, analyze contemporary photographs,
dramatize events, learn about the day-to-day events that made history,
and become a “freedom fighter”!!!!
- High School participants: meet other teens who share your interest
in 20th century events; share each others’ projects and performances;
learn to value the fight for freedom when you dramatize the events of
1956!!!!
